We make sure you have the EQUIPMENT you need.
We establish attainable goals, we make a plan, we get to work!

At our first meeting at your home, we do a thorough evaluation and health history, and start establishing your at-home workout.
You may choose to supplement workouts with Fitness by Phone consults, keeping you accountable for doing YOUR part. My clients will attest to the success of this method.
